Given the design challenge of supporting Clínica Médicos, a Chattanooga nonprofit serving the Latino community, in launching its new facility, Clínica Mujeres y la Familia (Women and Family Clinic), I developed a series of culturally sensitive brand identity assets to create scalable outreach deliverables. As a Design Lead and Project Contributor on this team, I successfully adhered to strict institutional template requirements while collaborating with peers to segment large-scale deliverables, demonstrating advanced coordination and successful cross-functional deliverable management. My Women & Family Logo proposal was rooted in strategic rationale: it uses overlapping intersections to depict community and deliberately mimics Mexican textile work. The negative space within the mark strategically references the clinic’s faith-based practice. I then focused on system execution, constructing multiple accessible templates (for social media and email) built to be easily manipulated by non-designers within the company’s existing Canva and MailChimp platforms. This work included designing Spanish-language educational materials and contributing to a future-proof 2025 Annual Report. My team provided the clinic with a complete set of culturally sensitive, scalable, and accessible brand communication tools necessary to launch the new facility and support continuous community engagement.
